Bissi is a prestigious blu cat. It comes from the distant prestigious breeding Cattery Nuance’s of Cristina and Kenneth Sandberg in Denmark.
Even if it is a cat co-owned by Roberta Bianchi and me, it lives and will always live with me at Campagnano di Roma, at Code di Zucchero.
It arrived carrying with it more exppectations than usual for me because it was to fill up the void, left by the untimely death of Noir.
It is a splendid cat with intense blue eyes, a rich and thick long coat and an uncommon contrast for the points. Bissi is very elegant in its gaits. Now it is two and half and it is bursting with beautiful. It has slowly ended its morphology and, at the moment, it is difficult to find a male blue point like it at expos. Besides it has the property to pass a great part of its look to its progeny together with its docile and mild disposition.
Being a cat of high breed whose blood is very important, uncommon and sought after in Europe, its possible wives are only females of my breeding, that is “CODE DI ZUCCHERO” – with very rare exceptions. It is not available for coverings outside my cattery also because it is the only Nuance’s specimen in this part of Europe.
Despite much clamour about its origin and genealogy, it is a very fond, sensible and soft cat, curious and self-confident with people and other cats. It likes to pet and to be petted and it purrs even during the veterinary vaccination or on the judge’s desk. Also Bissi, like the other breeding cats, has soon become NATIONAL CHAMPION/INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION/GRAN INTERNATIONAL CHAMPION (so far it has already obtained 8 CACS and with two more points it will become Supream European Champion).
